verabschiedet am 10.10.1999 per Beschluss des Nationalen Sicherheitsrates

§ 1

(1) Die Volksrepublik Wolfenstein erkennt die Menschenrechte uneingeschränkt an.
(2) Alle Gesetze der Volksrepublik Wolfenstein mpssen im Einklang mit den Menschenrechten stehen.
(3) Die Menschenrechte sind in der Verfassung verankert.

§ 2

(1) Alle Organe der Volksrepublik Wolfenstein dürfen bei der Durchführung ihrer Pflichten die Menschenrechte nicht verletzen.
(2) Dieses Gesetz gilt für alle Bürger und Bürgerinnen der Volksrepublik Wolfenstein.
(3) Dieses Gesetz gilt für alle Personen, die sich im Staatsgebiet der Volksrepublik Wolfenstein aufhalten.
